    One of the primary checks on a system service call out, is a visual inspection of the inverter and panels, provided there is safe access. This involves:

    Checking for any indications of faults or damage to the inverter or panels.

    Inspecting for burn marks, corrosion, or any unusual signs of malfunction.

    Assessing display indicators and error messages to determine the system status.

    Inverter Secure Mounting and Ventilation

    The inverter is a critical component of the PV system, requiring proper mounting and ventilation to operate efficiently. The contract covers:

    Checking if the inverter is securely mounted and free from movement.

    Ensuring ventilation is unobstructed, with operational fans and heat sinks.

    Verifying that externally mounted inverters show no signs of water ingress.

  • depending on your size of system, pick a service, once you have procesed payment you will receive an email cofirming payment and you will then receive a phone call to organise a visit by a electrician.

  • The electrician on the service will report to us about the repairs, we can advise you and price the cost of repairs. Its then up to you as a client if you wish for us to schedule one of our own engineers to repair the system or if you wish you find a third party to carry them out.

    *We can advise you on whether the repairs can covered under your warranties.

  • Depending on location, some systems will be recommended on whether or not then need cleaning. Some systems can still perform well for another year without a cleaning service, some systems may have never been cleaned, some sites can be effected more than others. Or engineers can recommend whether is needed.

Accidental damage or vandalism—insurance claims may apply here. Repairs due to negligence or improper maintenance (if handled by a third party). If a more complex fix is needed, we’ll provide a quote upfront—no surprises, just solutions.
